The Loft House is going to be restored to its original looks, with its peculiar 3-metre-high ceilings and huge windows. The Loft House will consist of 14 spacious apartments of different size.
Two bigger apartments have their own saunas.
The apartments of I floor coming out into the courtyard will also have a big terrace.
The traditional brick walls, revealed for the contrast, will offer the opportunity to breath in the aura of the past. The inside will look even better when the floors are covered in the luxurious parquet blocks from thermally treated and oiled ash-tree, combined with ceramic tiles.
THE GALLERY BUILDING | FISK RESIDENTS
The centre of FISK Residents is a modern terraced house – the L-shaped Gallery Building – together with the Loft House it forms the spacious private courtyard. Completion in autumn 2015
The Gallery Building has 14 spacious residential boxes of different sizes, and most of them feature a cosy balcony and/or a terrace.
Most of the boxes provide a possibility to install a fireplace, and many have got saunas.
Similarly to the Loft House, the Gallery Building features the elegant historic 3-metre-high ceilings and huge windows.

Boasting thick historical walls the Residence has the impressive appearance, made more versatile due to a cosy big 2-box terrace with a lawn. A lacelike awning, descending from the roof to the ground, gives the Residence a unique look. Living-rooms and dining-rooms of the first floor offer a fine view of the greenery.
